The best Game of Thrones inspired cakes to celebrate the season 7 finale

If you follow me on Twitter, you’ll know I’m obsessed with Game of Thrones. I’m here for you 24/7 356 days a week if you ever want to discuss the show.

In fact, I spend a lot of time on Reddit (generally), but especially on the Game of Thrones subreddit reading theories and talking about the characters.

One of my favourite things on there is how creative fans get, and am blown away by the number of baking people did to celebrate the season 7 finale.

So with The Great British Bake Off coming back onto our screens (not sure how I feel about this Channel 4 change) and a load of dragon themed cakes, I thought I’d quickly put them all in one place for you all to admire.

And yeah, not remotely money saving and I have no time to do this, but hey… I’ll always make time for cake.

1.

Targarian chocolate and strawberry cheesecake. Don’t think I could draw that dragon with a pen, never mind melted chocolate.

2.

A cake of fire and ice (with some dragon eggs too). That’s next level sugar work. Mary Berry would be proud.

3.

A majestic apple pie (though I reckon blackberries would be good – would be more bloody).

Oooffff I love a Macarons, especially when they are dragon eggs (or do you reckon scales?)

Yep, pizza counts too as baking and if you haven’t been organising your pepperoni into dragons – now you know what you’ve been missing out on.

Looks like Hot Pie has been baking bread again.

These are probably my favourite – fire and ice cupcakes.

8.

Super precise Game of Thrones pie. I think the dragon itself has been painted with edible (well, you’d hope) paint.

This is so good, I’d actually have it as a wedding cake. That’s some extravagant Game of Thrones finale night that!

Argh! It’s breathing blue fire (or is it ice?). I can’t handle it.
